SEO Links Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
This person will assist in implementing and managing the proven Search Engine Optimization techniques developed by OCG over the last six years.
JOB DUTIES
This candidate will work toward the goal of implementing SEO techniques is to gain first page, “above the fold" organic (natural) search results for the top 20 keywords for each of the hundreds of OCG websites. One of the keys to success in this position will be to consistently and accurately evaluate and prioritize OCG sites with the most opportunity for profitable sales in order to focus resources to maximize the rankings of these sites. This evaluation will be done based on existing site traffic, average revenue per sale on the site (actual or forecasted), competition, key competitive differentiators and reliability of supplier (quality, availability and delivery). This person will also monitor the effectiveness of the SEO efforts by establishing baseline metrics of performance and tracking changes over time on at least a monthly basis. High traffic/High priority sites may be tracked weekly or more frequently when specific initiatives are launched that need immediate tracking for effectiveness. These performance metrics will be reported directly to the SEO Specialist.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The perfect candidate must have analytical skills, be proactive in making suggested changes, have strong communication skills, and be very familiar with internet search engines.

PHP Programmer
